4. Product Listings & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Artists set their own prices and retain ownership of work until purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including text, images, and artwork—is copyrighted by Chitrabhoomi or its artists. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Custom Commissions
Commission requests require a 50% deposit.
Estimated completion times vary by project; we will provide timelines upon consultation.
Final payment is due upon approval of the proof and before shipping.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chitrabhoomi’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
9. Modifications
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitute acceptance.
