Returns & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 4, 2025
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel prepaid orders within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to approval and may incur a 10% processing fee.
COD orders cannot be canceled once confirmed on call.
2. Returns & Refunds
Chitrabhoomi does not accept returns for change-of-mind. We offer returns only in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Artworks: If an artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive the wrong artwork, contact us within 48 hours; we will cover return shipping and resend the correct item.
We do not accept any exchange or replacement of the artwork
3. Exceptions
Custom, commissioned artworks and digital downloads cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.
