Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing
Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders confirmed via phone before dispatch; processed within 2–3 business days.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (within India):
– Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3–6 business days.
– Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
International: Available upon request; contact us for rates and delivery estimates.
3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping.
COD Orders: Flat fee of Rs 100 per order.
Custom & Oversized Items: Additional packaging or courier surcharges may apply; customer will be notified at checkout.
4. Packaging & Handling
All artworks are carefully packaged using bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, and tamper-evident seals to ensure safe transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with courier name and tracking ID.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos or courier details. We will coordinate a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
